SCIENCE EXHIBITION CUM MOBILE LAB BY CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY
A Science Exhibition was organised by Chandigarh University at
Sri Guru Gobind Singh Collegiate Public School, Sector-26, Chandigarh.
The highlight of the event was the Mobile Science Lab / Tech Bus of
Chandigarh University. Students got an exciting opportunity to explore
innovative technologies, robotics, artificial intelligence and
scientific models through practical demonstrations.
Innovative Models on Display
1. TONY PI PRO Humanoid Robot
An intelligent humanoid robot capable of seeing, thinking,
interacting and learning. Students were fascinated by its
AI-based movements and responses.
2. SMART FIELD NAVIGATOR
An agriculture-based Smart Rover designed to help farmers
with crop monitoring and field navigation.
3. MEDICAL EMERGENCY DRONE
A quadcopter drone equipped with a medical box, designed
to deliver medicines and first-aid supplies in emergency
situations and remote areas.
4. IoT and Raspberry Pi Trainer Kit
An advanced kit featuring PIR, Ultrasonic, Joystick,
Stepper Motor, Keypad, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules,
demonstrating how smart systems are developed.
5. QUADRUPED ROBO DOG
A four-legged robot made using 3D-printed parts and
equipped with ultrasonic sensors. It can walk and
avoid obstacles.
Exploring the Mobile Science Lab
Inside the Mobile Lab, students also explored computers, circuit
boards and various working models. The ceiling of the bus was
beautifully designed with the solar system, featuring planets
such as Neptune, Uranus and Saturn, making learning about space
more interesting and interactive.
The Chandigarh University team explained the working, coding
and real-life applications of the different models, helping
students understand how science and technology are used in
everyday life.
Acknowledgement
