Topics Covered by the Counselor:

• 1. Maintain good hygiene during periods.
• 2. Use sanitary products and dispose of them properly.

Students were shown educational videos to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene and period sensitization. They were encouraged to speak to teachers or counselors if they had questions or concerns.

This session aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all our students.
