Completed and signed registration form
Form submission does not guarantee or ensure admission. It is school's prerogative.
Five passport-size photographs
Three photographs of both parents
Attested copy of birth certificate from municipal authority
Report card and Transfer Certificate of previous class (if applicable)
Aadhaar card copy of parents and the student is required.
The completed registration form must be submitted in-person within 3 to 5 days at the school.
